Delivery time will vary depending on where you are, what is in stock and where that stock is. Also depending on where the stock is coming from, you may receive multiple parcels.
P.O.Boxes Please note we cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes.
Smaller items by courier
Smaller items will be sent via courier and can take from 3-8 business days to arrive. Where possible tracking number will be supplied.
Larger Items
Many of the larger items cannot be couriered and will go on long haul freight which is between depots. Larger freight items can take 7-14 business days to arrive.
Free Promotions
From time-to-time Kalandra Products will run free freight promotions, these are done in conjunction with the ability to get good rates on freight to those areas. Due to volumes during the free freight periods sometimes your package might take an extra couple of days to arrive.
Pickups
We can allow some packages to be picked up from our location in Grafton, Auckland. Please note not everything is at this location and that some orders might take a couple of days before they can be picked up.
